FOMWAN has established over three thousand schools, which include: Daycare centers, Nursery/Primary/Secondary and Higher Institutions, Islamiyya/Qur’anic Centres and Adult Literacy centers across the Country.
FOMWAN has four Hospitals/Maternity/Welfare clinics, Pharmacies and seven Orphanages.
Construction of wells, boreholes for communities, schools, prisons, etc.
FOMWAN has been involved in Maternal/Child & Reproductive Health care and in the campaign against HIV/AIDS. It has two VVF repair facilities in Kano and Kaduna states.

Annual National Youth Camps for Girls on Zonal basis Holding of workshops/Seminars/Conferences across the country.
Holding Annual National Conferences that rotate between Northern and Southem parts of the country to foster unity and understanding among its membership for the past 32 years.
FOMWAN has been involved in civic education and observation of elections, sensitization and advocacy for a peaceful, free, fair and credible elections, gender and human rights issues.
FOMWAN has been at the forefront of relief efforts to crisis ridden areas like Plateau State and other crises ridden States of the North East.
FOMWAN has been continuously appointed into high powered national, state and local government executive councils, committees and leadership positions in agencies of govemment.
FOMWAN has opened up employment of Nigerians into its health and education facilities and other projects.
